It's the season of the witch, and Mind Body Spirit Festival is celebrating. The UK's longest-running wellbeing festival returns to the NEC Birmingham from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026. The magical line-up includes WitchTok creator Lilly Statham (Mystic Primrose), yoga for witches with Sarah Robinson, herbal protection magick with Julie, The Coventry Witch, and crystal shielding with The Druid Witch Holly. On Friday 13th, Steven Holloway of the Haunted UK podcast hosts an exclusive after-hours journey into haunted Birmingham. Headliners include Rapid Tapping creator Poppy Delbridge, Chinese medicine expert Katie Brindle, BBC Breakfast's Dr Helen Wall on hormones and ADHD, psychologist Steve Taylor and astral projection with Jade Shaw.
