Our popular take on the Icelandic Christmas tradition of Jólabókaflóð - the “Christmas book flood” where family and friends curl up with steaming cups of hot chocolate and read a new book on Christmas Eve. For two days, until stocks last, we’ll be giving away brand-new books in exchange for an optional donation. Discover books for all ages and from a range of genres and spread some literary love to the special people in your life (or treat yourself!). All donations support our Shared Reading groups across Liverpool and beyond. You can find our Book Flood during the Makers Market, so you can shop for other unique, locally made gifts at the same time.
