Mind in Bexley are hosting a Mental Elf 5K Fun Run in Danson Park, and have asked our help to make sure the event happens smoothly. We were there last year and it was great fun, so come and join us for another festive outing as part of Team Elf! There are several ways to get involved: 🏃♀️ Course marshall – cheer on the runners and keep them on track. 🚶➡️ Tail walker – make sure nobody is left behind or finishes last. 💦 Drinks station – keep thirsty runners topped up with water. 🏁 Finish line flag waver – give runners a fitting welcome as they cross the line! If you'd like to do a particular role leave a message in the comments, or you can take pot luck and see where the organisers place you. 🕗 Timings Please arrive by 8.30am for a briefing. The run starts at 10.00am and should finish by 12.00pm. If you’re able to stay until 2.00pm to help with the pack-down, even better – Santa will definitely have you on his nice list! 😇🎅 📍 Meeting point and contact Meet at The Stables Restaurant, 51 Danson Rd, Bexleyheath DA6 8HL.
