Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich! We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area. The Task This week we're back at St Alfege Primary school who have a lovely garden which we've spent a lot of time in! This week we'll be digging the raised beds and putting some top soil on so if you have a headtorch that'll come in handy! The Run The run will be less than 2km and everyone is welcome at any pace - we never leave anyone behind! Where & When This week we'll meet at 6.45pm for a 7pm start at the Royal Naval College on College Way between the Queen Mary and Queen Anne buildings. The what three words location is palm.latter.souk. Look out for the red Tshirts and give Rachel a call on 07952192005 if you can't find us! We should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm. If you'd like to meet us at the task just let us know in the comments. The address is 9-10 Creek Rd, London SE10 9RB and we should be there by 7.10pm. What To Bring Please bring some gloves and headtorch (if you have one), otherwise it's just yourself! See you then.
