Join us by helping out at the Urban Partnership Group (UPG) Community Hub in Hammersmith & Fulham! This hands-on session is all about teamwork, practical jobs, and improving a valued local space for everyone to enjoy. 💪 You’ll be part of a small GoodGym crew assisting with: 🌱 Gardening and clearing – weeding, tidying, and making the outdoor areas look their best 🔧 Erecting furniture – helping to put up new storage shelf inside the hub 🏀 Clearing the sports cupboard – sorting, organising, and creating a safer, easier-to-use space We’ll meet at Shepherd’s Bush main train station for a group warm-up and walk, run or cycle to the hub together. After the task, we’ll head back together for a quick cool-down and some well-earned high fives. 🙌 📍 Where: Meet at Shepherd's Bush Main Train Station 🕘 When: Every first Wednesday of the month, 6:00–7:30pm 📧 Questions?: Contact Cheski at francesca@goodgym.org 💡 Why it matters: Your help supports UPG’s mission to improve wellbeing and strengthen community life in Hammersmith & Fulham — by keeping their hub organised, safe, and welcoming for all. ❤️
