Join us for our monthly mission with Bassuah Legacy Foundation ( — a brilliant local charity supporting single families in need through their community shop. 💚 We’ll be helping out with cleaning, hanging and sorting donations, keeping the shop looking great and ready to raise vital funds for Bassuah’s projects that uplift and empower people locally✨ We’ll meet at Shepherd’s Bush main train station for a group warm-up and run to the shop (you can also walk or cycle if you prefer). After the task, we’ll head back together for a quick cool-down and some well-earned high fives. 🙌 📅 When: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 6:00–7:30pm 📍 Meet at: Shepherd’s Bush main train station 📩 Contact: francesca@goodgym.org for any questions No experience needed — just bring comfy clothes, positive energy, and a smile! Let’s lend a hand, stay active, and support Bassuah’s amazing mission — one donation at a time. 🧺🌟
