Come and join Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) for a fun, all-abilities social workout on Thursday morning! We will meet at a local coffee shop at 7.50am, with the intention to start our wolarm-up at about 8am. Please arrive ready to run, as we rarely have a bag drop location available to us (keep your valued items on your person!). Our session is typically around 30 minutes in duration, and we will return to our coffee shop for breakfast and refreshments!
