We have been asked to go to Elm Park Recreation Centre to assist with the Friends group that support this important community area. The key tasks required are to sort out the weeds and leaves that take over the playground, especially in autumn, and create trip hazards for little feet. Can you assist? The task list is such: Clear debris and weeds from under all playground fences and bag up Weeding around playground perimeter and bagging up That should be plenty of work for everyone! We will be meeting at the Quaker Centre for 6.30pm and will run 2.5km to 1 Elm Rd, KT2 6HR. We will get there for approximately 7pm if you need to meet us there. We will be doing a 2.5km run back after the task ends. We also have a walking group so please join in if you have an injury or don't want to run this evening. It's a great starter group!
