Based on a true story. Zhao Yanhong is a rebellious granny who refuses to accept a predictable, dull life in a nursing home. After meeting Wu Youwei, a former champion of the World Cubing Championship, Zhao seizes her opportunity for a fresh new chapter in her life. The fallen prodigy agrees to be Zhao's personal Magic Cube coach, and the mismatched duo embark on an inspiring, age-defying journey. Twist by twist, as she learns to solve the cube, Zhao begins to untangle a lifetime of regrets and emotional knots. Against all odds, she reaches the grand stage of international competition, shattering expectations to prove that no matter the age, life still holds infinite possibilities. World cinema superstar Michelle Yeoh makes a welcome return to our screens in this uplifting, crowd-pleasing sports drama with a twist.
