Whether you're squeezing in a last dinner before the big day or making an evening of it with friends, there's plenty to share. Start with the Kaisen Moriawase, a seafood platter of oysters, tiger prawns, tuna sashimi, hamachi tartare and Cornish crab, then move on to a grilled A5 Wagyu ribeye with chilli truffle teriyaki, sliced ribeye with truffle and wasabi butter, or black cod with green chilli shiso salsa.
