Take some time to slow down, rest and prepare for the winter months with Winterise, a three hour morning session with Ed and Jane Craggs. This session draws on three long-established traditions: yoga (specifically the deeply restful kind), Ayurveda (a system of everyday self-care from India), and folk medicine (the kind of thing your grandmother knew). Nothing exotic, just useful, practical ways to prepare your body, mind and immune system for the darker month. The session includes: Deep guided rest - a long, quiet relaxation practice.
